The big one! 100miles (161km) Sunday Social ride. No drop. Mid- morning cafe stop at Lockside, Grindley Brook (51km) and lunch stop at Lost Barn, Tilston (104km). I’ll post a separate shorter (110km) route for those who want to join until the first cafe. Speed = 26 - 28km/h on flat terrain. I expect the overall average to be quite a bit slower than this given the length.
